Gracefully, tears of joy fall gently to the floor,
And my heart melts when I hear the sweet, sweet name of Jesus, the One whom I adore.
Before I found You, I was empty, alone, and thirsty for light,
But You took me, blind and broken, and gave me pure sight.

Daily, my heart beats faster at the thought of Your face,
Yes, I’m alive, so alive, because Your glory and grace.
I will declare Your Holy name to every soul in the streets,
And bring You honor and praise and tell the world of Your peace.

Hallelujah! Let us sing to the God of all Creation,
The Great I Am, The Messiah, The Author of Salvation.
When I speak His name, there is rest within my soul,
And all my worries wither, for He has made me whole.

His humble heart always hears my softest cry,
He is my Jesus, my Deliverer, my precious Adonai.
Joy He provides and strength He sufficiently gives,
My spirit is alive and aflame for my Redeemer He lives.

Marvelous maker, Marvelous One,
You are The Trinity—Father, Spirit, Son.
You’re the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end,
For all of eternity, Lord, You are my father and friend.

Heavenly trumpets will sound as the angels sweetly sing,
“Glory, Glory, to God in the Highest, the King of Kings.”
He is, indeed, the hand of hope, He calms every ocean shore,
Take my heart, oh Jesus, I want to forever be called Yours.

And as I stand here on Earth, surrounded by His love, showered by His grace,
I marvel at the moment when I’ll meet my maker, face to face.
In that moment, when the final minute arrives, my heart loses rhythm, and eternal life begins,
My soul will glow bright as I reach my hand out to the Heavens and run to my Savior, my King.

You make my weary soul smile, Your Heart is tender and mild,
You are the King of Creation and You call me Your child.

You stand over mountains, You swim through the oceans,
You created the sun and the moon, You put the stars into motion.

You paint the skies with blue, purple, and gold,
You hold me in Your arms when the world grows cold.

You harvest the garden, You pour down crystal cascades of rain from Heaven to Earth,
You are with me in all of my moments, You count every second to be worth.

You give flight to the birds in the sky, You are grace, hope, and love,
You were nailed at the Cross, and from Heaven, Your Holy Spirit descended like a dove.

You are the Redeemer, You Reign over all of creation,
You Rescued me from darkness, You present sacrifice and salvation.

You make my days brighter, You add laughter to my life story,
You carry my heaviest burdens, You are the King of all glory.

You give me strength for the day, You provide peace through the night,
You speak to me with love, You bring the purest of joy to my life.

You light my every step, You always keep me protected,
You, O’ Lord, are the Righteous Resurrected.

These words are the deepest, the darkest, the true,
They paint a picture of hope, like that day I met You.

I knew not a Father or brother, a sister or Mother,
But when You show her to me, I promise I’ll love her.

I thought I was invisible, just a stranger, no name,
But when You walked into my life, it was never the same.

I believed I was a mistake, I questioned, I doubted,
But when You saw me from a distance, You ran and You shouted.

I said I was ugly, “where’s the beauty in me?”
But when You wrapped me in Your arms, it’s only beauty You see.

I surrounded myself in silence, I felt so alone,
But when You spoke to me with love, my heart found a home.

I walked down dark alleys, it’s where I slept every night,
But when You saw me there, abandoned, You shined down Your light.

I cried, I feared, I couldn’t hold back the tears,
But when You held out Your hands, You wiped away all my fears.

I was hungry and thirsty, I begged and I stole,
But when You heard my tears dropping, You provided me whole.

I became broken, I stumbled, I constantly fell,
But when You guided my steps, I became stronger and well.

I cut myself open, red ran down like a flood,
But when You gave up Your life, You saved mine with Your blood.

I grew weak, then weaker, the worst was the weakest,
But when You showed me Your grace, You presented true meekness.

I bruised, I bled, I screamed, and I pleaded,
But when You calmed my aching heart, it was all that I needed.

I had my heart grow the coldest, so malice and dark,
But when You softened my soul, I felt serenity spark.

I tossed and I turned, I felt so depressed,
But when You whispered, “I Love You,” I began to find rest.

Then I woke from this dream, and I realized it all,
You Saved me by Grace, that’s the beauty in the fall.

You were not a mistake, for all your days are written in my book ~ Psalm 139:15

The summer wind swiftly sweeps through our town,

Where together we’ll capture every precious sight and sound.

I’m sure the day will shine bright, and the night will turn dark,

But I’m certain I’ll always feel alive because you hold my heart.

You whispered you were a dreamer, and I whispered back, ” I am too”

Then we made a promise to chase all of our dreams until the day they came true.

You held out your hand, and I held out mine,

“Let’s gaze up at the stars from the tallest mountain,” we said, and there we began to climb.

When we reach the top, we’ll shout and dance and rejoice and scream,

Because together, hand in hand, we chased one of our million dreams.

Alas, my eyes focus at the moonlit sky and words spill from my chest: “stars, so beautiful, wondrous, and full of light”

And as tears fall down my face, I’m taken back to those first few seconds you stepped in to my life.

He walked on water, I walk by Faith,

By the precious blood of Jesus, we live now by Grace.

Our souls grow thirsty, our hearts become numb,

At Calvary’s Cross, He poured out His Mercy and Love.

Let our hearts sing, “O’ fountains of freedom, O’ valleys of victory,”

To the Lord God on High, the beautiful mystery.

You painted the skies; You sculpted the stars and the Sun,

My sin held me captive, but Your Heavenly Hands broke these chains undone,

When I listen closely, I hear the resounding echoes of Angels sweetly sing,

And a melodious harmony of heavenly harps and strings,

“Majesty, Majesty to the Marvelous and Mighty King”

Oh Lord, Your love is contagious; teach me all of Your ways,

Forevermore, let every breath that I take bring You praise.

My heart is broken in a million pieces,
But I surrender my soul and place my hope in Jesus.
To the heavens I reach out these unclean hands,
Where He wraps me in His love and takes me as I am.

From dusk until dawn, from day until night,
You make all my darkness transform into light.
From the seas to skies, from the West to the East,
Every string of sorrow You turn into peace.

I call You Father; You call me Child,
You are my strength in every season and trial.
Your love has found me; by grace I am saved,
You are the Truth, the Light, and the Way.

This world I walk through always leaves me dry,
But tonight this is my prayer to the Lord Most High,
The One who provides a love so pure and sweet,
“Jesus, Jesus - Let me be Your Hands and Feet.”

Like the air that we breathe, it’s always awake and in motion. It sleeps beneath the summer branches and moves like a waking wind on a cold, winter night. When we’ve finally found it, we sometimes let it slip away. Our hands cannot physically take hold of it. It’s not visible to the human eye. We cannot hear or taste it. However, it lives within the very walls that surround us. It is hope: a human emotion that stretches across the streets and cities that we walk through day in and day out.

Hope can be placed in many things. One includes hoping to attain specific material possessions, stuff that can be held on to, anticipating those things will greatly benefit their lives. Others are in high hopes of achieving their greatest ambitions—their dreams—their desires. Whatever the case may be, hope exists in our everyday lives.

Then, there is a hope that is both bitter and sweet. It’s the hope we place in finding that one special man or woman whom we’ve been searching for our entire lives. That one perfect Prince or Princess. The one who brings out the best in the them. The one who loves them for who they indisputably are. The one who can provide a love so unconditional and unrelenting.

It’s often that we find ourselves clinging on to hope in both times of tragedy and triumph. When the weight of the world is thrown upon our shoulders feeling as heavy as the ocean waters, we grow weary and seek just the slightest hint of hope. We begin searching for answers, hoping our footsteps will be set on a brighter path. We become numb, grow faint, and hopelessness silently creeps within the very fibers of our hearts. The hope is put out like a burning candle. Hope is also evident when we experience prolonged periods of pure joy and victory in our lives, as we eagerly desire for those moments to stay persistent.

Above all, there is a hope that never fails—a hope so beautiful and glorious: the hope in Christ Jesus. He embraces us with His infinite love. He welcomes the weak, provides for the poor, and heals the sick. His grace is sufficient as He benevolently blesses our lives. He provides us with strength for the day. He’s our Lord and Savior—the Creator of the world—the Great architect—the King of Kings and Lord of Lord—the healer of hearts. At the cross, He beckoned the broken-hearted. He redeemed us through His blood; battered and beaten, He offered up His life to bring us hope and salvation. He transforms us from the inside out, providing us with a love so abundant and pure, filling our hearts with hope. When we lift our eyes to the heavens, placing in trust Him, Hope in Christ shines down on us, glowing brighter than every star in the sky.

Where there is Jesus, there is hope. Give Him the key to your heart and invite Him in. There is hope within His hands.

Psalms 39:7
“But now, Lord, what do I look for? My hope is in you.”

I stand upon the oceans shore,
Where waves come crashing and waters roar.
My eyes gaze into the scarlet sky above,
Where stars spell out His wondrous love.
There’s Hope in His hands, Truth in His name,
There’s Hope in this land, where Grace falls like rain.
Jesus, Savior, you redeem,
You gave me life, You make me clean.
Jesus, King, you receive,
You’ve opened my eyes, I’ll always believe.
Jesus, Lord, you renew,
You’ve healed my heart, Adonai, O how I love You.
Jesus, Lamb, you reveal,
You’re my light, my strength, and my shield.
Glorious Everlasting, my passion burns like a flame, my heart it yearns,
Jesus, Immanuel, I am at peace for I know you will return.
